Westfield Workshops bring you new opportunities in learning for pleasure. Local courses to enhance your life or introduce you to a new skill, run by enthusiastic people giving you practical knowledge.

On a Westfield Workshop you will be learning in small groups to allow a real understanding of the subject and plenty of individual tutor time. You’ll make friends with people from all walks of life, drawn from our local community or further afield. The courses are intimate and informal, taking place in our unique summer house setting in Hawkhurst, Kent, surrounded by light and gardens.

Each course stands on its own, allowing you the flexibility to add to your knowledge without further commitment. Courses vary in timing – from a morning, afternoon or evening to a full day. We also run longer series of progressive courses and a number of four-day summer schools.

Our course leaders are highly experienced and motivated by their love of sharing knowledge. So whether you need to progress in a foreign language; promote your personal development; or help keep alive traditional Wealden handicrafts such as coppicing...
we have a course for you! square Hope to see you soon!
